Online Therapy for autism in oregon, from a neurodivergent therapist.

Therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder

Are you exhausted from getting brushed off by medical providers because you don’t look autistic?

Have you been told there’s “nothing they can do” or you’re too “old” for help? But you’re still struggling with tasks like hygiene, going grocery shopping, needing to navigate the airport, or feeling lonely?

We’ll work together to help you & your loved ones recognize the ”rumbling” stages of meltdowns and shutdowns, collaboratively identify and advocate for supports, & develop emotional regulation strategies to help you thrive.

Meet your therapist & resident nerd.

Hey! I’m Cassandra Miasnikov, an LGBTQ+ neurodivergent therapist. I was diagnosed with ADHD & autism spectrum disorder as a teen, and I know it’s not easy living in a world that wasn’t designed for you.

No one should have to figure everything out on their own, or spend years getting brushed off by providers who work off of outdated models.

That’s why I specialized into supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, bipolar, anxiety, & those who don’t fit traditional neurodivergent profiles—especially people of color, women, nonbinary, and trans individuals.

We’re so glad you’re Here!

Learn more about our services.

  • We’ll identify what you care most about & develop a plan that helps you generate hope for your future & achieve personal goals.  Our standard fee is $185 for individual clients. A limited number of sliding-scale seats are available.

  • Many of us struggle with finding the right words to communicate to our loved ones what we need, when we need it. Conflict can make neurodivergent people feel lonely, hopeless, & scared. It doesn't have to stay that way. We’ll help you & your loved ones find the right communication tools & emotional regulation skills to help you reconnect. Our standard fee is $200 for couples & families. A limited number of sliding-scale seats are available.

  • Research shows that evidence-based play therapy is highly effective for building self-esteem, developing social skills, and developing personal strengths. We use Dungeons & Dragons in our group therapy sessions to help you explore identity questions & core values, develop emotional regulation skills, & build a supportive community from the comfort of your home. Groups are $60 per session.
