Inclusive online therapy for ADHD, autism, & anxiety across Oregon.

Portland Neurodivergent Clinic

Meet your therapist & resident nerd.

Hey! I’m Cassandra Miasnikov, an LGBTQ+ neurodivergent therapist. I was diagnosed with ADHD & autism spectrum disorder as a teen, and I know it’s not easy living in a world that wasn’t designed for you.

No one should have to figure everything out on their own, or spend years getting brushed off by providers who work off of outdated models.

That’s why I specialized into supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, bipolar, anxiety, & those who don’t fit traditional neurodivergent profiles—especially people of color, women, nonbinary, and trans individuals.

Shame-Free Therapy.

Together, we create a therapeutic space that honors individuality, promotes resilience, & fosters growth in a safe, understanding environment.

While some models focus on pointing out your weak points, I take a shame-free approach by helping clients recognize & build on their strengths while identifying support needs.

I treat therapy as a partnership, where we collaborate to navigate challenges & celebrate successes. Together, we’ll foster self-awareness, self-acceptance, and a deeper understanding of your core values.

The Support you deserve, wherever you’re At.

No matter where you are in Oregon, you deserve access to therapy that fits into your schedule.

I offer telehealth therapy to neurodivergent individuals, couples, families & groups across Oregon for support wherever you need it, whether that’s home with your pets, in your office on lunch, or in your car after a particularly stressful family gathering.

Helping you embrace neurodivergence with confidence.

“Cassandra taught me the importance of leaning into my strengths rather than focusing on covering up my weaknesses. For the first time, I feel like it’s actually okay to be me.”
